Vegan & non gluten very very friendly - yay! Mostly antibiotic & hormone-free meats - drugs are bad. Local handmade corn tortillas - Abuela approved. Imaginative food from scratch - we ain't lazy. Fresh juice's... real sugar soda... mmmmm... Veggies fried with non-gluten & dairy free fry batter. No processed sugar up in here - up in here. Non-GMO olive oil for roasting & sautéing - yaas! We fry with GF non-GMO sustainable sunflower oil. Chicken fried with non-gluten fry batter - clean 'n crispy.
